We are currently witnessing a tremendous explosion in the volume of data due to the extremely fast advances in computing systems and technologiesو  Today, computing systems are more complex, distributed, and integrated. Hence, Big Data technologies and services are ever more vital in many domains and sectors.

 The integration and employment of Data Science and Big Data technologies in the  fields of archiving, documentation, and libraries in one of the crucial needs that require investigation and further research. This integration will guide the transformation of the archiving, documentation and library domain to a new technology-driven Era

The conference targets to shed the light on the data management challenges in both the theoretical and applied directions that face the Arab Information centric entities to assist in restructuring and enhancing the capabilities and functions of those entities on various levels.
